I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel! The colors were bright and cheerful, and the furniture looked elegant and comfortable. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciate how accessible the hotel was. The stairs were manageable and there were no obstacles in the hallways, making it easy for me to move around.
The only thing I would have asked for to make this vacation even better for senior people is if the children working there could have provided some extra assistance for those of us who may need a little extra help or guidance.

I had a fantastic experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The first thing I loved was the location. It was much closer to the city center than I expected, and I was able to walk comfortably anywhere without having to take a tram. Plus, I discovered a beautiful place just a few minutes away from the hotel called Mount Kraka, which was perfect for a peaceful walk.
There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the satellite TV in the room wasn't working, so I could only access Polish channels.

The hotel very much was pleasant. The big and light number. The big bathroom. In a corridor the refrigerator, an electric teapot that is convenient when you live some days and you presume to leave products in the refrigerator and to prepare for yourself tea or coffee. All at good level, purely and accurately. The hotel is located near to city center. The restaurant, tasty Polish cuisine is below located. Thanks huge to the owner of hotel. Very pleasant person.

We got so much more than we expected for the price we paid. The room was bright, comfortable, and had a lovely modern bathroom. The hosts were brilliant and even provided airport transportation for a small fee. The location was a short walk or cheap taxi ride to the main square, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety or options.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, situated in a charming suburb just a short walk away from the Jewish quarters. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. We also appreciated the kitchenette and the much-needed air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth, even when we forgot to inform them of our arrival time. We were able to find free parking spaces on the streets nearby. we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

This is a great and I believe brand new hotel, in renovated building, very conveniently located in very charming Podgórze district, now connected with the Kazimierz by the new foot-bridge. The room was spacious, with modern and new furniture, excellent bed and linen, very nice bathroom, fridge, tv, etc. - this is trully 4 star standard. I''ve been staying in apartments as alternative to hotels, and this I can fully recommend and surely I will come back. The name Hostel is misleading as there are single, double, and triple rooms, but they look like decent hotel rooms and not like stinking hostels. fully recommend!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the Jewish quarters and a few tram stops away from the historical center. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at ease. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and homemade cakes.
The view from the balcony overlooked a building site, which wasn't very appealing.

Rooms very modern, very clean, good shower, beds and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast optional which we had twice and it was very good value, a mixture of traditional polish meats and cheeses, cereals and scrambled eggs with bacon. The owners were very helpful and speak good English. Excellent value, would stay again and recommend. there was a fridge in our room and across the road is a good little shop where you can buy milk, tea bags, coffee and snacks. next door to a good restaurant and a lovely courtyard to the rear.
probably not for the stag/hen parties. It is a good 30-35 mins walk to the main square. On 1 of the main streets in Podgorze which has trams running along (very noisy) and on some mornings they were running as early as 5:00am!

rooms new and very nice (after reconstruction even the restaurant probably will be) not so far from city center
small technical details in room/bathroom (e.g. no place to put wet towel inside room - had single room with shared bathroom) the traffic in front of hotel (especially trams) makes a lot of noise, even during night

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop, and it exceeded my expectations. The smoke-free hostel provided a comfortable and clean room, and the snack bar/deli was convenient for quick meals. The conference center was well-equipped for our meetings, making it a great choice for work-related trips.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace in the room. It would have been helpful to have a desk or a designated area for working on my laptop.

Very clean, the room was very small but seems recently renovated. Good distance from the city centre. There's a bar mleczny very close which was a great Polish experience. The service from the people in reception is quite good and they speak a good English.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom! But you can ask in reception.

This apartment is in an exceptional location, very close to the city center, the Tatra mountains, and away from the Jewish quarters. The quad room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large variety for breakfast. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the city. The apartment had great facilities, including a kitchenette, AC, and comfortable beds. It was a perfect base for exploring the historical center and enjoying the view.
The chairs could have been a little bit comfier.

The family that is running the Hostel is really kind and helpful. The rooms are great and really clean. Internet works perfectly. I also like the location, it is really close from the city centre but still you can easily find parking space for free. If I ever go back to Krakow for sure I am going to stay in this hotel
